Delete your FilipinoToDate account
You can delete your FilipinoToDate account and its data at any time, from the website or from the FilipinoToDate Android app. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
- On the website: log in, open this page (filipinotodate.com/delete-account.php), enter your password and confirm.
- In the Android app: open the Me tab and tap Delete my account.
- Can't log in? Email support@filipinotodate.com from the email address on your account, with your username. We delete it within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, username, password and profile details
- All your photos, including photos and files you sent in chat
- Your messages and call history, on both sides of each conversation
- Smiles, favorites, profile views, ratings, blocks and notifications
- Your app logins and push notification tokens
Your profile disappears from the site straight away and you are logged out on every device.
What we keep
- Payment records (amount, date, plan and payment reference) — kept for accounting and tax rules, for up to 7 years.
- Your email address and username, on a list of deleted accounts — so we stop emailing you and to prevent abuse. If you want to join again with the same email, contact support.
- Messages you sent to our support team, so we can answer billing questions.
